Start With A Land Photo

Any property photo works. The steps below show the exact clicks to go from an empty land photo to a complete set of listing visuals.

What You Will Do

Structures

Create 4 farmhouse variations using Close-up photo type and Large size.

Promote

Pick a favorite and set it as your Original Listing image.

Seasons

Generate Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter in one run.

Smart Season

Generate a location-aware look for a specific city and month.

Step 1

Upload Your Land Photo

In Magic Studio, upload your land photo (drag-and-drop, paste, or click to browse).
This is the base photo Listing Wand will build on.

Step 2

Choose A Structure (Farmhouse)

In Homes, click Farmhouse.
You will get variations of a farmhouse placed onto your photo.

Step 3

Set Photo Type And Size

Photo type: choose Close-up.
How big should it look?: choose Large.

Tip: If your photo is a drone shot, try Aerial for more realistic placement.

Step 4

Generate 4 Options

Image Generations: select 4 to get four variations in one run.
Click Make Magic.

Step 5

Review Results And Download

Your images appear under Magic Results as they finish.
Click Open full size to inspect details, then click Download to save.

Step 6

Set A Favorite As Your Original Listing

On your favorite result, click Use as "Original Listing" photo.
That updated Original Listing image becomes the base for Seasons and Smart Season.

Step 7

Generate All Four Seasons

Switch to Seasons in the left panel.
Click All Four Seasons, then click Make Magic.

Step 8

Download Seasonal Variants

You will get Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter versions of your listing photo.
Download each one, or run again if you want a different look.

Step 9

Generate A Location-Aware Month (Smart Season)

In Smart Season, choose your Country, State/Province/Region, City, and Month.
For example: Canada, British Columbia, Kelowna in October.
Click Make Magic.

Step 10

Review The Smart Season Result

Your result appears in Magic Results with the month and location in the title.
Download it when it matches your listing vibe.
