No shipping fees. Any applicable taxes (including consumption tax, where required) may be added and will be displayed at checkout. Your bank or card issuer may charge fees (for example, foreign transaction fees) depending on your payment method and location.
Exchanges & returns policy
Customer-requested cancellation (non-defective)

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. Unless otherwise required by law, cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period and we do not provide prorated refunds for unused time. One-time credit purchases are generally non-refundable once delivered to your account.

Defective service or billing issues

If you experience a technical issue that prevents access or delivery, or if you believe you were billed in error, contact support@listingwand.com. We will investigate and, where appropriate, provide a fix, replacement credits, or a refund consistent with applicable law and our policies.

Delivery times
The Service is digital. Subscription access and one-time credits are typically available shortly after successful payment. Output images are delivered once generation completes, which is often a few minutes but may vary based on workload and job complexity.

Credit and debit cards and other payment methods displayed in Stripe Checkout (for example, Apple Pay or Google Pay), depending on your device and location.
Payment period
Subscriptions are billed in advance at the start of each billing cycle and renew automatically unless canceled. One-time purchases are charged at the time of purchase.
